At the Firm, Bhupender handles a diverse clientele - both domestic and international, in various sectors including technology, ITES, cyber security solution, power, telecom, infrastructure etc.

With over 14 years of experience, he is involved in advising clients in their business and revenue transactions which include drafting, reviewing and negotiation of various commercial and business agreements including global MSAs, framework agreements, System Integration services agreements, manpower services agreements, hardware supplies agreement, facility sharing services, software/ application development services, End User License Agreements (EULA), online platform terms of use and privacy policies, etc.

He also extensively advises Indian and multi-national companies and promoters on Indian bankruptcy laws including formulating commercial and viable settlement strategies to come out of the bankruptcy proceedings and representing clients before the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT).

Prior to Co-Founding the Firm, he has worked with New Delhi Law Offices (NDLO), Maheshwary & Associates and a leading global data engineering company. Bhupender is a commerce graduate from Hansraj College, Delhi University, and has done his LL.B. from Faculty of Law, Delhi University in 2006. He is a Member of the Bar Council of India and Delhi High Court Bar Association.

Advising and representing some of the leading Indian clients before NCLT Delhi, NCLT Hyderabad, NCLT Ahmedabad and NCLT Mumbai.
Assisting Hareon Solar Group, one of the globally leading players in its day to day corporate and management matters and also assisted in drafting and negotiation of offshore supply agreement, onshore supply agreement, erection services agreement and civil works agreement with contractors for Indian as well as South Each Asia operations.
Assisting Denave India Pvt. Ltd. in its day to day corporate and management matters including vendor and property issues, employment and labour related compliance matters, etc.
Assisting Power2SME India Pvt. Ltd., an e-commerce company providing online platform to SME's in drafting, reviewing and negotiating various vendor agreements, distributor cum service partner agreements, commercial lease agreements, collaboration/teaming agreement, NDA's (vendor, retailer, employee), employment agreement, consultant agreements. Day to day review of commercial/revenue agreement for various domestic and international clients w.r.t sale and purchase of their products/services like software, software support services, manpower support services, mobile applications, lease deeds, license agreements, employment agreement, etc.
Advised "ISON Technologies Private Limited", an Indian ITES company in its business contracts, customer contracts, vendor contracts, strategic alliance agreements, reseller / partner agreements and teaming agreements etc.
Advised and assisted ZNA Infra Pvt. Ltd., a telecom infrastructure company in its business contracts like shared services agreements, purchase and supply agreements, subcontract agreements, teaming/consortium agreements, manufacturing outsourcing agreements, and all other day to day commercial contracts.
Assisted iP2 Entertainment Partnership S.A.R.L, a Luxembourg based entity engaged in setting up of media and family entertainment centres across the world under the renowned global brands, including Marvel Characters BV, DreamWorks Animation LLC, Sony Pictures Consumer Products, Lafiq Belgium (Smurfs), Mattel Inc, National Geographic Society and Rovio (Angry Birds), in their India project with an Indian partner.
Successfully concluded and assisted Denave India Private Limited in setting up its joint venture in UK. The scope of work involved drafting, finalisation and negotiation of transaction agreements including, Joint Venture Agreement, Memorandum and Articles of Association of the Joint Venture, Shareholders Agreement, representation and warranties of the UK joint venture partner, Management agreement, Key Employees Employment Agreement, requisite board and shareholders resolutions, compliance with conditions precedent and closing activities etc.
Advised Mara Ison, a value added services (VAS) provider based in Dubai in a global transaction involving supply of services to a leading Indian telecom service provider in sixteen (16) countries across Africa continent. The scope of work involves global service agreement, country level agreements with service recipient and back to back contracts with consortium partner and other vendors globally.
Assisted Lanco Group, one of the largest power sector group in India, in their various transactions including - drafting and negotiating subcontracts under a prestigious EPC contract awarded by Ministry of Power, Iraq to Lanco for setting up a 250 MW gas power project in Iraq; conducting due diligence, drafting and negotiating SPA, SSA and SHA and other transaction documents in acquisition of 3 project companies; assisted in the amendment of a PPA executed with State Government for 3000 MW power supply, also advised on the creation of additional payment security.
